This morning the press conference for the nineteenth edition of Author’s Passages: Mediterranean Interlacements was held via Zoom, the complete program of the festival, which will take place in Sant’Antioco in the council chamber in Piazzetta Efisio Piria from 2 to 7 december, was presented. Speakers, together with the press office composed of Maria Carrozza and Riccardo Sgualdini, were the Mayor of Sant’Antioco Ignazio Locci, the artistic director Ado Hasanović, the president of the Circolo del Cinema “Immagini” Luciano Cauli, the curator of the Videoclip – Music section Author Video Bruno Di Marino, Carlo Pahler and Simone Cavagnino of UNICA Radio, Valentina Traini, coordinator of the CinemAmbiente festival and the musician Emanuele Contis.

We can now officially present to you the rich program for this 2023 edition, available on the dedicated page. Traditionally, the focus of the festival is dedicated to a different country every year, this year we have Turkey, represented by the competitive section Mediterranean Interlacements which this year includes a great selection of important short films produced in the Mare Nostrum area.

The second competitive section Intrinas offers, however, some of the best short films by Sardinian authors. There are also sections dedicated to environmental issues, author music videos and a selection of works presented this year at the Clermont-Ferrand and Sarajevo festivals.
