Sinossi/synopsis
A Victor piace sperimentarsi con il suo genere. Non sa se ​​si sente come un ragazzo o una ragazza. Vive in un piccolo villaggio sul mare in Almeria con la madre Mari Angeles e la sua ragazza Rahma. Quando arriva in città, protetto da anonimato, scopre se stesso. Ma i segreti non durano per sempre e Victor dovrà affrontare la madre e la fidanzata per difendere la vera immagine riflessa nello specchio... / Victor likes to experiment with his gender. He doesn’t know if he feels like a boy or a girl. He lives in a small seaside village in Almeria, with his mother Mari Angeles and his girlfriend Rahma. Once in the town, protected by anonymity, he discovers himself. But secrets do not last forever and Victor will have to face his mother and girlfriend in order to stand up for the real image reflected in his mirror...

Biografia/Biography
Ian Garrido è nato a Granada nel 1988. Nel 2014 decide di iniziare il processo di transizione di genere; questo coincide con lo stesso anno in cui conclude gli studi di regia cinematografica presso la prestigiosa ESCAC di Barcellona. I suoi ultimi due progetti, realizzati durante il corso di studi in regia cinematografica, sono stati girati nel corso di questo anno ricco di eventi: il primo, una serie pilota "Queer", e (il secondo?) un cortometraggio (sfidando i concetti di transizione di gender, un'esperienza molto reale e autobiografica per Ian ), chiamato " VICTOR XX": che racconta la storia di un ragazzo transessuale di un piccolo villaggio di pescatori nel sud del paese. / Ian Garrido was born in Granada in 1988. In 2014 the decision was made to begin a gender transition wich was also the year that coincides with the end of his studies within the realms of film directing at Barcelona’s prestigious ESCAC. His final two projects of his degree studies were shot throughout this eventful year: The first, a pilot for his series “QUEER”, and a short film (challenging the concepts of gender transition, an experience all very real for Ian), named “VICTOR XX”: a story of a transexual guy from a small fishing village in the south of the country.
